Enter through the West side of the building (underneath the blue awning) and take an immediate left. You will walk past the Jag Den on your left and run straight into the Commons.
Due to other activities taking place at BSS, the event will only be accessible through these doors. Signage will be placed throughout the building to direct traffic.
Booths will be set up in the Commons, Main Gym, and Small Gym.
All booth spaces are 10' x 10'. Double booth spaces are 10' x 20'.
Booths marked with "Electrical Access" on the Vendor Booth list have an outlet(s) located within their booth space. Please be considerate of nearby vendors that may need an outlet. We will not have extension cords available, so please bring your own if needed.
The building will open at 8:00 am on Saturday, November 22 for you to begin setting up your booth. When you arrive, your booth space(s) will be marked with your Vendor Name and include two chairs (unless you indicated you would bring your own chairs). If you purchased any tables, those will also be set up in your space.

Basketball team members will be available to help you unload and carry items from your vehicle to your booth.
Due to the number of vendors and cinderblock nature of the building, it is best to plan to use a personal hotspot if you need access to WiFi. We will have a guest Wi-Fi available if needed, but cannot guarantee its speed or reliability.
Thank you for your willingness to donate a product, service, or gift card to be used as a raffle item!
With nearly 80 generous vendors, we are expecting a very large raffle table! Please have your raffle item(s) dropped off at Blue Springs South by Wednesday, November 19. This will allow us time to organize and plan the raffle table set up. You can drop off in the main office and let them know it is for Coach Lower/Jaguar Jubilee.
If you are not able to drop off at BSS, please bring it with you the morning of the event and we will collect it at the entrance.
We kindly ask that you have your booth space cleared and all items removed from the building by 5:00 pm. We will remove any provided tables and chairs once your space has been cleared.
Basketball team members will be available to help you load up and carry items to your vehicle.
In addition to vendor booths, the following will be available at the event to encourage attendance and drive traffic to your booths:

We will be heavily promoting the event on BSS Girls Basketball’s social media channels (Instagram and Twitter) as well as through the event on Facebook. Please share the Facebook event from your personal and business accounts to help spread the word! RSVP “Going” and invite everyone you know!
